1. Register business account online
FinClock time card application is a cloud-based system, which means your business will only invest in the annual subscriptions, thus saving you hardware costs. Our support team will help register your business on the secure online systems. You will access all data from your computer or phone, using normal browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla or Opera.
2. Mobile application for Employees (indoor and fieldworkers)
Employees will get invitation links to download the mobile application, which has a special PIN for each worker. The employees will use the mobile application, with or Without Internet connection. Using the Mobile app, the employee will achieve the following;
- Mark Daily attendance reports, where the application automatically marks GPS location, time sign in and time sign out.
- Make Tasks and project reports: The employees will make reports, in line with the company projects and the assigned tasks and Financial Reports. These reports will include photos, Audio and files attachments.
- Make Requests while at work: These requests include Leave requests, Shift change requests, Funds requests and emergency requests.
3. Real-time reports to Managers
