Examining the Relationship between Employee Attendance and Employee Loyalty

The main objectives of this study are to examine the relationship between employee attendance and employee loyalty in order to identify ways to improve employee loyalty and commitment to the organization.

Methodology

The research was conducted through a survey of 100 employees from a variety of fields and industries. The survey asked participants to rate their own attendance and loyalty to their organization on a scale of 1 to 5.

Results

Limitations

The study was limited in its scope as it only examined the relationship between employee attendance and employee loyalty. Further research should be done in order to gain a better understanding of the relationship between these two variables.
