The purpose of this case study is to investigate the relationship between employee attendance and productivity within an organization. It will analyze the existing attendance system and the impact which employee attendance has had on the productivity of the organization. The study will explore the various ways in which employee attendance app can be managed to ensure maximum productivity.

Organizational Background

This case study looks at an organization located in the United States, with approximately 500 employees. The organization manufactures a variety of products and services. It operates on a global scale, with customers in over 40 countries. The organization has been in existence for over 20 years and is known for its excellent customer service and cutting-edge technology.

Problem Statement

The problem statement of this case study is to investigate the relationship between employee attendance and productivity. Specifically, the case study will investigate how the existing attendance tracking system has impacted productivity in the organization and how the employee attendance and productivity can be further improved.

Literature Review

A literature review was carried out on employee attendance and productivity. Several studies have found that employee attendance is an important factor in determining organizational productivity.
